Beneficial Care for Preschoolers

As your child prepares for kindergarten, he or she will enjoy being one of the big kids on the Wee Friends Child Care Center campus. We'll work with you to develop a partnership and set goals for your child. We'll create a fascinating environment that allows your child to experience learning in a comfortable, non-institutional-like setting.

Our program responds to your child's individual learning style and builds on his or her strengths and interests. We'll help develop the skills your child needs for a successful transition into kindergarten. Your child will learn life skills that help him or her develop a sense of self-reliance. Your child will also get guidance that builds social competence and allows him or her to negotiate solutions to conflicts, which leads to being socially strong and emotionally secure.

Our preschool program fosters adaptive, flexible, and creative thinking while it offers experiences that stimulate curiosity and questions that lead to discovery. Your child will love our monthly field trips (in-house and out) that add to the excitement of being a preschooler.

When your child is ready to make the move to kindergarten, our year will be topped off with a graduation ceremony to celebrate the transition.
